From Our Family To Yours
We have always believed in the power of food, in the energy that each person gives to their creations. That is why we started this bold venture, putting all of our love into bread making. For us, our family comes first, that is why we only produce food that we would give them, so that you can safely give it to yours. No unnecessary additives, no incomprehensible ingredients, no ready-made mixtures – only real raw materials for real food.
Our Story
Although the idea for the bakery originated a long time ago, its physical embodiment was born in December 2017. A truly family venture, in which every member participated. We started only with a staff of two – a mother and daughter, but we were not alone for long. At first, we only had a few types of bread and a small assortment of traditional sweets and savoury pastries, but with time and experience, our assortment grew – just like us.
The driving force has always been our customers, many of whom have been with us since day 1, and still are today – almost 9 years later. During that time, we have changed a lot, it has not been easy and many products have appeared and disappeared, but we have never stopped believing in our possibilities and potential and pursuing our dreams. One thing that has remained unchanged over time is our love for real food and our desire and aspiration to reach as many people as possible.
We grew up
In 2022, our team grew. Customers were no longer only in Veliko Tarnovo, but all over the country. We started offering our products in other stores. We wanted more people to experience real bread. Our assortment also grew, and currently, in addition to the foods we produce, in our bakery you will find dairy products from selected farms, flours from proven mills, drinks and foods without unnecessary additives and enhancers, as well as more local products.

And in 2026, thanks to a won Europroject, we were equipped with new MIWE floor ovens, with an integrated loader for bread baking; a Conti breadcrumb machine, a MIWE automatic proofing cabinet and this website with an online store. These new appliances will make our work process easier and contribute to a more efficient process. We will be one step closer to our zero waste ambitions as a small business. And thanks to our online store, we will be able to reach more of you!
One big family
Today we dare to say that we are a true family business. Every member of the family is involved in both production and sales. The son Georgi is our head baker – the man behind the great bread. The daughter Aleksandra is responsible for marketing and is the manager of the bakery. The mother Todorka is the head pastry chef and sales director, and the father Krasimir is our driver, thanks to whom our products reach you!
