GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR USE OF THE ONLINE STORE

I. GENERAL PROVISIONS
1.1. These General Terms and Conditions govern the use of the online store at https://sladkiyakat.com and the conclusion of distance purchase and sale contracts between SLADKIA KAT LTD and users.
1.2. By accepting these General Terms and Conditions (including by checking the box when ordering), the user declares that he has read:

- Cookie Policy;
- these General Terms and Conditions.
1.3. The online store does not offer customer account registration. Orders are placed as a guest with contact and delivery details provided.

III. ORDER
After completing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation of a successfully submitted order at the email address you provided.
When processing your order, our employee will contact you to specify the time for execution and delivery. After confirmation from you, the order will be prepared for shipment.
If we are unable to contact you at the contact phone number you provided when placing your order, the execution of your order will be transferred to the next business day. In the event that the phone number is incorrect, incomplete or no one answers, we will also try to contact you via the email you provided and the order will be held until the situation is clarified.
Goods are only shipped after confirmation from the customer!
In case any of the products you ordered is out of stock, we will notify you of the earliest possible delivery date, or we will offer a similar product for replacement.
Orders placed after 12:00 are processed on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday. When there are official weekends and national holidays, orders are shipped according to the working hours of the couriers we work with.

IV. DELIVERY
Deliveries are made by courier companies Speedy and Econt Express. They can be to an office, vending machine or address.
Orders can also be picked up from our physical store in Veliko Tarnovo.
All orders are sent with the “view” option.
Orders are sent from Monday to Friday.
The cost of delivery is calculated by the shipping company based on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and does not depend on us.
For orders over €100 (195.58 BGN), the cost of the courier service to the office is borne by SLADKIYA KAT LTD.
V. PAYMENT
All prices announced on the website of SLADKIYA KAT LTD are in euros and Bulgarian leva with VAT added. Prices are valid for the specified packaging with the stated weight.
Payment for the value of the order you have placed through the website is made in one of the following ways:
- cash on delivery – in cash or by card, upon receipt of the delivery by the forwarder;
- virtual POS terminal – with a card through the site itself.
VI. CONDITIONS FOR COMPLAINTS AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our products – food products, complaints are only possible at the time of receipt of the order. This is possible only if the product or its packaging is not damaged and the receipt with which the shipment was received is attached. The cost of returning the goods is at the expense of the customer, unless the damage is our fault.

If for any reason the goods are delivered with damaged packaging or beyond the expiration date, the return of the goods is at our expense.

SLADKIYA KAT LTD reserves the right to refuse or not accept as justified some complaints.
In case of timely complaint, the refund of the paid amount or replacement of the product will be made within 30 days after its return.
Only amounts for items at regular price can be refunded. The value of products on promotion is not refunded.
VII. CHANGE AND CANCELLATION OF ORDER (before sending)
You can cancel or change your order by contacting us at 0878924472 every weekday.
SLADKIYA KAT LTD, as a good merchant with customer care, takes responsibility to resolve and verify each individual case to the full satisfaction of the User.
VIII. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL FROM A DISTANCE CONTRACT (14 days)
In the case of distance contracts, the consumer generally has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Exception: According to applicable law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods which, by their nature, may deteriorate in quality or have a short shelf life – including food products delivered in accordance with your order. For such products, the complaints rules upon receipt (Section VI) apply, and not the 14-day withdrawal after receipt.
For non-food products (if available), the withdrawal conditions will be specified when ordering or in the product description.
IX. ONLINE DISPUTE RESOLUTION
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
SLADKIYA KAT LTD is not obliged and does not undertake to participate in procedures before alternative dispute resolution bodies, but may do so at its discretion in individual cases.
X. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
SLADKIYA KAT LTD does everything possible to maintain true, accurate and up-to-date information on the site, without excluding the possibility of objective inconsistencies or omissions occasionally occurring. SLADKIYA KAT LTD is not responsible for the consequences, including any damages, caused by or related to access, use or inability to use this site. SLADKIYA KAT LTD is not responsible for the information on third-party sites to which this site contains links.

Any abuse against SLADKIYA KAT LTD is strictly prohibited. SLADKIYA KAT LTD respects intellectual property rights and violators may be prosecuted by law.
SLADKIYA KAT LTD operates this online store from the city of Veliko Tarnovo. All goods and materials published on this website may also be used outside the country. If you use the online store outside Bulgaria, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. The rights and conditions for using the online store are governed by the legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria. The Bulgarian courts are competent, unless mandatory EU regulations provide otherwise for consumers.
