Our whole wheat flour is the perfect choice for those who do not want to compromise between nutrients and soft bread structure. It is produced by sifting whole grain flour, ground in a stone mill, which gives it superiority over industrial alternatives.

Why is whole wheat flour from a stone mill better?

  • Cold grinding: The stones of our mill remain cold during the process, while the metal rollers in the industry heat the grain to high temperatures and burn off important nutrients.
  • Naturally enriched: When stone grinding, whole wheat flour absorbs some of the fatty acids of the germ and proteins from the shell even before sifting. This gives it a higher nutritional value compared to industrial whole wheat flour.
  • Preserved nutrients: The method guarantees the preservation of the natural vitamins, enzymes and minerals of the wheat grain.
