Order, delivery and complaints

Orders

After completing your order, you will receive an automatic confirmation of a successfully sent order at the email address you provided.

When processing your order, our employee will contact you to specify the time for execution and delivery. After confirmation from you, the order will be prepared for shipment.

If we are unable to contact you at the contact phone number you provided when placing the order, the execution of your order will be transferred to the next business day. In case the phone number is incorrect, incomplete or no one answers, we will also try to contact you via the email you provided and the order will be held until the situation is clarified.

Goods are sent only after confirmation from the customer!

In case any of the products you ordered are out of stock, we will notify you of the earliest possible delivery date, or we will offer a similar product for replacement.

Orders placed after 12:00pm are processed on the next business day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday are processed on Monday. When there are official weekends and national holidays, orders are shipped according to the working hours of the couriers we work with.

Delivery

Deliveries are made by courier companies Speedy and Econt Express. They can be delivered to an office, vending machine or address.
Orders can also be picked up from our physical store in Veliko Tarnovo.
All orders are sent with the “review” option.
Orders are sent from Monday to Friday.

The cost of delivery is calculated by the shipping company based on the weight and dimensions of the shipment and does not depend on us.

For orders over €100 (195.58 BGN), the cost of the courier service to the office is paid by SLADKIYA KAT LTD.

Payment

All prices announced on the website of SLADKIYA KAT LTD are in EURO and Bulgarian leva with VAT included. Prices are valid for the specified packaging with the stated weight.

Payment for the order you have placed through the site is made in one of the following ways:

  • cash on delivery – in cash or by card, upon receipt of the delivery by the forwarder;
  • virtual POS terminal – by card through the site itself;

Claim conditions

Due to the nature of our products – food products, complaints are only possible at the time of receipt of the order. This is possible only if the product or its packaging is not damaged and the receipt with which the shipment was received is attached. The cost of returning the goods is at the expense of the customer.

If for any reason the goods are delivered with damaged packaging or beyond the expiration date, the return of the goods is at our expense.

SLADKIA KАT LTD reserves the right to refuse or not accept as valid some complaints.

Refunds

In case of timely complaint, the refund of the paid amount or replacement of the product will be made within 30 days after its return.

Only amounts for items at regular price can be refunded. The value of products on promotion is not refundable.
